Product Description
The automatic pre-stretch film wrapping machine wraps the film around the pallet. After wrapping the film, it can effectively improve the packing quality of the goods, prevent the loss of the goods during transportation, play the role of dustproof and moistureproof, and at the same time improve the working efficiency and optimize the packing effect.
Workflow
1.starting point from the top of the cardboard (the bottom of the goods),
2.wrap the film to the highest point of the product,
3.wrap from top to bottom to the starting point and cut the film,
4.the cardboard is not wrapped, only wrap the goods.

- Human-machine interface: touch screen + red emergency stop button.
- The height of the turntable (pallet loading surface) from the ground needs to be 110mm for the fork legs to enter, need to be adapted to the fork legs, the outer width of the fork legs 620mm, size 1250*180mm, the fork is not lifted, the upper surface of the height of 90mm from the ground; wrap the film to complete the automatic reset of the disk;
- There is a reliable grounding device, grounding resistance should be ≤ 4Ω, electrical system insulation resistance to ground 50MΩ, electrical components are neatly arranged, line marking is clear, components and terminals are according to standard, no loose phenomenon.
- Feeding method:
1.Manual loading and unloading: after the manual preparation, the operation of the touch screen begins to work
2.AGV loading and unloading:
- AGV puts the pallet on the disk
- communicates with the film wrapping machine through the added communication module (433hz signal) to start film wrapping
- after the film wrapping is completed, the disk is reset and the film wrapping machine communicates with the AGV through the communication module
- the AGV picks up the pallet. |
